The bylaws of Nordeste Properties are the set of rules that regulate the constitution and operation of our SOCIMI, in them we establish the rights and obligations of the shareholders, the modes of organization of the company, the competence of the administrative body, the corporate purpose and all those legal and organizational aspects necessary for the proper functioning of the Company.
