Dª MARIA JOSE CABEZA VEGA

Born in Santander, she graduated as a Tourism Activities Technician in 1986.

She began her professional career that same year in the hotel sector, before turning her professional career around in 2003 and moving into the real estate and urban development sector, in which she specialised, managing and directing the real estate and urban development area of different companies, including land management in the urban developments in the southeast of Madrid and the lease management of more than 1,200 properties.

Her experience and dedication have brought her to the Board of Directors of Nordeste Properties Socimi S.A., where she will be in charge of advising on investments and their leasing operation.
