D.JUAN SAIZ TERCERO

Born in Madrid, he trained as a Programmer Analyst and specialist in ERP Navision-Financial, although, after specialising in Financial Accounting, Taxation and Circular Accounting at the Bank of Spain, he focused professionally on these areas.

His professional career has been developed, for more than forty years, in the financial, tax and accounting management of large real estate and hotel companies, implementing policies, rules, systems and procedures for financial and budgetary operations, as well as management with the external auditing company and monitoring and control of the Tax Agency Inspections, work that he has combined with training and accounting management of Compensation Boards.

His extensive experience and dedication have earned him the appointment as Director of Nordeste Properties Socimi S.A., where he will be responsible for the financial-accounting advice on new investment projects.
